Terms of Service
Last updated September 4, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using OrgMyTime ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms as the product changes; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. What OrgMyTime does
OrgMyTime lets you publish a booking page so others can schedule meetings with you, and provides a personal planner for your own tasks and schedule. The service is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use OrgMyTime to send spam, harass anyone, impersonate another person or business, collect guest information for purposes guests haven't agreed to, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the information you put into OrgMyTime: your booking page details, planner activities, notes, and reflections. You're responsible for that content and for having the right to share whatever guest or third-party information you enter.
6. Guests
People who book time with you through your public page don't need an account. By booking, a guest shares their name, email, and the details of the meeting with you, the host. You're responsible for how you use that information once you have it.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep OrgMyTime available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not liable for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or data loss arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using OrgMyTime and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
