OrgMyTime

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 4, 2026

What we collect

When you create an account: your name, email address, chosen username, and timezone. When you use the planner: the tasks, schedule blocks, and reflection notes you enter, including any mood or habit tracking you choose to fill in. When you set up a booking page: its title, description, and your availability. When someone books time with you: their name, email address, and the meeting details they submit. We collect that on your behalf, as the host.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, show your data back to you, compute your available booking slots, send booking confirmation and reminder emails, and keep your planner and booking page in sync. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run OrgMyTime: a hosting provider for the app itself, a database provider for storage and authentication, and an email provider for transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, password resets). They process data only to provide those services to us, not for their own purposes. We don't share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Children

OrgMyTime isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above. Continued use of OrgMyTime after a change means you accept the updated policy.
